"Piastraia" 2011 (25% Merlot, 25% Cab Sauv, 25% Syrah, 25% Sangiovese)
"Il Cavaliere" 2008 (100% Sangiovese)
"I Castagni" (70% Cab Sauv, 20% Syrah, 10% Teroldego)
The lineup was stellar and Gary's standouts for the
night were the Bolgheri Rosso and "Il Cavaliere".

1st. White Tiger Shrimp in Oregano Garlic EVOO over Cannellini Beans
2nd. Carpaccio of Bresaola with Pecorino Tartufato, Arugula, EVOO
3rd. Orichette Pasta oven baked with Buffalo Mozzarella and Pacchino Tomato Sauce
4th. Tagliata of Beef Florentine Style accompanied by Truffled Mashed Potatoes, Drizzled with Agliata
5th. Pecorino Sationato, Aged Pecorino Cheese and Roasted Almonds
